The BC Poverty Reduction Coalition has launched its BC’s Hardest Working campaign. The campaign brings a voice to the province’s working poor: over half a million people in BC who are employed live below the poverty line. The website also highlights the need for Government action, that goes well beyond their current ‘Job Plan’ and for the development of a Poverty Reduction Strategy for the province.
