The Manager, Physical Activity, is responsible for leading, enhancing and implementing a strategy to increase the level of physical activity and reduce sedentary behavior across campus. Working with interdisciplinary colleagues from across campus and a team of students, the incumbent will lead programming, partnerships and promotion to increase awareness of the benefits of physical activity, and translate physical activity research into practice. The incumbent contributes to the recreation department’s strategic priorities and objectives, and will also lead on low barrier and accessible programming, department equity and inclusion initiatives, needs assessment work, and research opportunities.
