The Nanaimo-Ladysmith School District is looking for a passionate leader to join our Facilities team as Operations Manager The Operations Manager reports to the Executive Director of Planning & Operations and is responsible for the day to day operations pertaining to custodial services, waste management (garbage, recycling, organics) pest control, and the security of all buildings throughout our district. Working with a dynamic management team you will oversee the Operations Department including an Assistant Manager, General Foreman and a team of 75+ custodians.
