The 7th International Conference on Patient- and Family-Centered Care—Partnerships in Care, Interprofessional Education, and Research, being held July 25-27, 2016 at the New York Marriott Marquis in New York City. The conference will showcase exemplary programs that are dedicated to collaboration among health care professionals, patients, and families. IPFCC invites abstracts from hospitals, primary care and specialty ambulatory settings, long-term care communities, community-based programs, public health and mental health agencies, patient- and family-led organizations, research institutes, and schools of medicine, nursing, and other health and helping professions.

Abstracts are invited for the following key topics:
