Learning from our History: Missed Opportunities and Lessons for the Future

The Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives (CCPA) is excited to host an upcoming webinar series focused on long-term care and health system reform in Canada. “Converging Crises: Addressing the crises in long-term care, health system inequities, and federal-provincial relations” is a series of three online events taking place April 23, April 30 and May 7.

Speakers:

  • Greg Marchildon is a professor and Ontario Research Chair in Health Policy and System Design at the Institute of Health Policy Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto.
  • Camille Orridge is a Senior Fellow at Wellesley Institute, and past CEO of the Toronto Central Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) and the Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network (LHIN).
  • Danielle Martin the Executive Vice President of Women’s College Hospital, where she is also a practicing family physician.
  • Barbara Cameron is an Associate Professor in the Department of Politics at York University.
