Supported by the Faculty of Health, A Journey into the Patient Experience will highlight the importance of focusing on the patient experience. This exciting talk has the unique opportunity to reach healthcare students and employees, as well as community members from any discipline at any stage in their careers, and will leave nurses and healthcare practitioners with a better framework to take into their future practice.

With exciting guest speakers Vikram Bubber, who is on the Kwantlen Polytechnic University Board of Directors, and Normita Guidote, a nurse on the Patient Experience Council from the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA), as well as including special introductions by Dr. Alan Davis, President and Vice-Chancellor of Kwantlen Polytechnic University, this event will be an exciting opportunity to broaden one’s perspective of the patient experience.
