About the Conference:

The AICR Research Conference is a unique forum that brings together researchers and health professionals for a three-day scientific program that will address the latest research, the greatest current challenges and controversies, and highlight the impact of research on populations at risk and cancer patients.

The AICR 2019 Research Conference will take place May 15-17, 2019 at The Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill, NC.

Basic scientists, clinical investigators, epidemiologists, dietitians, nutritionists, policy makers and other health professionals interested in food, nutrition, physical activity and weight management in relation to cancer.

Posters Abstract Submission Guidelines:

Abstract submissions are now open. Please click here to access the online application and submit your poster.

Share your research with conference delegates by presenting a poster. All posters must be related to cancer, with a focus on diet, overweight/obesity and physical activity. Poster abstracts must be submitted through our online submission service. A non-refundable processing fee of $50 will be charged for each abstract submission. Abstracts must be paid for electronically and in full at the time of submission.

Poster Award: If you are a post-doctoral scholar, you may elect to have your poster entered in the John A. Milner poster competition. Only applicants who will be in a post-doctoral position at the time of the conference are eligible for this competition. You must indicate, during the poster abstract submission process, that you would like your poster to be considered for this competition. A limited number of abstracts may be selected for oral presentations. Please indicate if you would like your abstract to be considered for selection as an oral presentation.
