iCON is an exciting initiative that promotes communication between community members and health professionals across the province through interactive public health forums on chronic disease prevention and management as well as the dissemination of culturally-relevant patient educational materials. This interactive forum will bring together community members, health professionals, and organizations to educate about anxiety and depression. Health experts will discuss early detection and intervention, local supports and resources and lifestyle strategies for mental wellness. The forum will feature engaging speakers, networking opportunities with other attendees, and informative displays by partner organizations. The forum will be presented in Punjabi.
