The contest begins on December 1st, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. PT and ends on January 15th, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. PT, with the possibility of extension at PHABC’s discretion. No purchase is required. The draw is open to legal residents of British Columbia who are the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry. A skill-testing question is required.
