Every 40 seconds, someone loses their life to suicide.
Join us, on 10 October, in “40 seconds of action” to raise awareness of the scale of suicide around the world and the role that each of us can play to help prevent it.
Many have asked ‘What can I do?’ … wear something purple ~ open the discussion about what mental 
is ~ talk about wellness strategies ~ change your outside lights for the day to purple – Use purple on your Facebook Profile or Cover Page – Light a Purple Candle ~ have a purple bake sale ~ show or make snowflake decorations ~ count jellybeans ~ find purple stories ~ purple drinks – just be creative.
