In 2012, Cindy Brach and colleagues published a discussion paper describing the 10 attributes of a health literate health care organization. In 2015, Chris Kowalski and colleagues published a new tool “The Health Literate Health Care Organization 10-item Questionnaire” or the HLHO-10 to assess those attributes. In this webinar we will review the development of the tool and an adaptation CCMI created for Canada based on the original research.
