Salary $105,700.02 – $132,200.22 annually

The Health Sector Information, Analysis and Reporting Division sets the foundation for the delivery of high quality health sector information, analytics and reporting. The Division leads key information management functions including data stewardship, governance, security, access, analytics and reporting, quality assurance, performance measurement and evaluations functions.

In the role of Executive Director, Performance Monitoring and Evaluation, you set the strategic direction and oversee the development and ongoing operations of the provincial performance measurement and evaluation activities. You undertake monitoring and evaluation across a range of levels within the health system including population, provincial, regional, community, site and patient populations. This oversight also includes quality assurance activities to drive improvements in the delivery of health care to enable better patient outcomes.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Degree in, economics, statistics, business/public administration, health sciences, social sciences, nursing, medicine or directly equivalent field and a minimum of 6 years of progressive and recent, related experience.*  Preference may be given to applicants with a Master’s Degree; OR
  • Other related Degree and a minimum of 8 years of progressive and recent, related experience may be considered.

 

*Recent related experience must include:

  • Leading and directing (preferred) or managing programs with high public profiles, large budgets and divergent stakeholder issues, preferably in the health care sector.
  • Leading and directing program evaluation and monitoring for health sector programs (preferred) or social service programs.
